Hybrid Pipe Rehabilitation System
For the repair and renewal of deteriorated pipes from the inside & with no excavation, CTech-LLC® offers HybraPipe™ system. This unique and hybrid system is comprised of layers of fiber-reinforced polymer and reinforcing steel wire to provide structural repair and remediation for large diameter pipelines without expensive excavation. The HybraPipe™ system is compatible with all types of pipelines and accommodates to 42 inch pipe diameter and greater.
HybraPipe™ system is an effective, engineered solution which combines the benefits of CTech-LLC® high quality FRP and steel reinforcement to create a structural strengthening system for large pipe diameters in need of repair or upgrade.
The system utilizes layers of FRP and reinforcing steel, forming a composite liner inside the damaged/weakened concrete or metallic pipelines. The CTech-LLC® HybraPipe™ system is highly customizable to ensure complete compliance with project specifications.
